A few requested updates.

1) Let us apply it by email list. Some of my sites have a newsletter list (where it makes sense to age out folks who don't click) and a client list (where I don't want to). I'd love to be able to set it to yes, 6 months for the first and never for the second.

2) Make it easy to batch select and add back folks who are currently inactive, where needed.

3) Ask when turning this option off if I want to add those folks back or keep them inactive. I just turned it off on one site, and now everyone who hasn't gotten emails from me for months is getting them again...
