It is quite hard to understand whether you are subscribing, unsubscribed, or whatever - can we not make it clearer. ie 'You are currently subscribed to... check the box and hit unsubscribe', or ' to subscribe to these list(s), chekc the boxes and hit 'save' ' or something. Or at least make it easier for users to do this. At the moment it looks embarrassingly basic.
