Separate Sending Paused Violations per API Key

We run an agency account and have many different clients running their own campaigns. If one key user violates the policy, ALL are currently paused and it's causing chaos with our clients, especially the fact that transactional email also stops. This has to be changed to individual API keys please. We can't always control what clients do on their accounts and ALWAYS advise them to make use of best practices (double opt-in GDPR/CAN_SPAM rules etc).
Secondly, when a violation report comes in, it doesn't say for which key it was and it wastes precious time (also for MailPoet support agents) to debug where the issue was. We need this system to be upgraded soon please! Happy to have a session with your team to give input. We want this to improve for all, especially if you want to compete with the likes of MailChimp, Klaviyo and the rest.

Yeah, this is really needed and has been requested for a long time. These issues usually take about a week or two to resolve if everything is okay. If it took three weeks to sort out a misconduct of a single API key, it would be okay - it's easy to tell the client that because of their list it is currently paused.
But having to tell ALL your clients that THEIR SENDING is paused because of SOMEONE else is very bad. It's a huge reputation loss to an agency and also MailPoet.
This has been requested for a long time and multiple times. I know there is surely abuse and this is why this system is in place. But I would hope people who don't abuse the system wouldn't have to suffer.
If there's clear abuse and violation of terms - yes, go ahead, ban the whole account! But start with single API key bans and keep doing single key bans unless there's a real possibility of abuse. When suspecting something, slow down sending for the whole account. If something comes up, pause sending for the whole account and go on from there.

I really love MailPoet and the new automations. MailPoet is really growing more powerful each update and with automations can even take on the big guys. But currently I can't recommed it to any of my Agency friends because of the whole account pausing. It's just too big of a risk for an agency's reputation.
