Segments: add "None of the conditions" option

Currently, MailPoet allows combining segments where either ALL or ANY of conditions must apply. Adding a NONE option would allow segmenting subscribers who e.g. didn't buy anything.

Yes, please add a negative constraint!!

OMG yes. There are several related segmentation requests here that all relate to needing "not" or "negative" or "null" options. Combine them, and you'd have enough votes to take action.
