I've requested a Campaign Tab feature and if anyone reading this would take a look at that, I've even done a rendering of how it could look, and I would appreciate any additional thoughts you could contribute and enhance the request with.

I want to add my voice to this. Why can we have full length video embeds in WP posts, but not in WP newsletter?

Jean-François Noubel: You can't have videos in e-mails. Gifs are possible, and other images, of course. Therefore OP asks for thumbs. Which fortunately is already "planned". Since 2 and a half years ...
