Prevent WordPress Users list from being created

Hello Per, thank you for your feedback!
While it does not function exactly as you're looking for, have you explored manually disabling the "WordPress Users" list with the "Disable and trash" button?

Tautvidas: Yes I have, but being able to disable the list from would be nice. I'm using mailpoet on a multisite and when the list is created, it grabs all users on the multisite, not just the users on the subsite I'm activating mailpoet on i.e. the 2000 limit is hit each time I activate mailpoet.

If MailPoet did not grab all users from other subsites and each subsite operated independently, would you still run into this issue and have a need for this hook?

Tautvidas: Not really. I'd prioprioritizertize not grabbing users from other subsites :)
