My school district wants our staff newsletters setup with Post Notification blocks based on post categories (staff group, district news, tutorials, community news, etc...). We have a header above each PN block. When there is no new posts for a category, the headers remain taking up space. It would be nice for those to disappear when there's not a post for that newsletter.

The present category display option in PN is not good as a workaround. Plus we want the staff group category posts to appear at the top since they are the most important.
