No Newsletter for Updated Blogposts

I just noticed that updated blogposts get promoted which should only happen for totally new blogposts.
So it would be great to being able to exclude blogposts from the promotion.

Are you sure? I have a devil of a job getting M to recognise a "new" post if I have already sent it to a test list. have to cut and paste it to a totally new post.
