Integrate with Jetpack Form Block for subscribe option
complete

Allow adding one ore more checkbox(es) to the Jetpack Form Block for subscribing to a MailPoet newsletter list.
Jetpack forms are easy to use especially if you have Jetpack anyway and are used to the Wordpress block editor. The form itself is created as blocks that are picked the same way in the post editor as any other blocks.
MailPoet would have to add a subscription block to Jetpacks special blocks for the form block.

Tautvidas This is so wonderful. Something I have been hoping for a very long time. A BIG THANK YOU!
A few notes/requests:
First of all, I have jetpack contact forms on some of my older sites that I am still using the classic editor on. There was no integration option on those. I had to convert the contact page to the block editor and then actually build a new form using the form block to see the integration option. Understandable, but just wanted to note.
Then, I happen to have two lists, one for new posts, and one for newsletters if and when I were to ever want to send out updates to followers without it being an actual post on the site. There is no way to select both lists, only one or the other, so I'd like to request that it allow for multiple selections.
I prefer to have my subscription option work for multiple lists depending on my needs, and say something like "I would like to subscribe to new posts & updates via email."
I was initially confused about the default email permission text, but was able to figure out how to customize the text of that acceptance text for the checkbox, but in case it helps anyone else, it is locked by default for some reason, so you have to click on the lock and unlock it.
I was also confused that the only option for the acknowledgement checkbox appeared to be immediately after the email field of the form. I prefer it to be at the bottom of the form and I wish I had the option of where to put it. I was able to figure out that I could unlock the movement, as well.
Due to this confusion, unless there's a good reason for it, maybe being locked by default when setting up the integration isn't necessary?
COMING BACK TO EDIT... Just tested the form with an email that was not currently on a list and the form went through ok, but I don't see the email added to the list of subscribers. Could it be because I moved the approval to the bottom of the form instead of leaving it locked in place under the email? Or is there a delay to when the subscriber will be added to the list?

The Jetpack Forms and MailPoet integration is now available in the latest version of Jetpack Forms. I shared some more details in my comment above.

Hey folks! In the latest Jetpack Forms version there should now be a Jetpack Forms integration available, making it possible to automatically add the submitter as a MailPoet subscriber. You can find it by editing the Jetpack Forms block, choosing "Integrations > Manage integrations > MailPoet Email Marketing".
I'll mark this feature request as solved, but please let me know if that doesn't work for you!

I really need this feature. I like to use Jetpack for some of its other tools on my sites, so it's helpful to be able to use the contact form, but I'd like to add a checkbox to automate adding of a subscriber if they choose to check it while they are filling out the contact form.
