Dark mode styling

I request a dark mode styling option for all modules, columns, rows, etc.
You can actually create custom styles for dark and light modes individually using CSS.

So it's been 5 years, and MailPoet still doesn't offer dark mode for email sending, do I have that right? Like, what?!
I'm voting with my feet before the next renewal. Adding some buttons/optionality and having CSS controls for dark and light mode is simple enough, and EVERY phone, computer, app etc etc offers dark mode, which many users enjoy.
It feels like MailPoet just doesn't care about its customers. This isn't something people should have to request, either. It's a simple piece of functionality that should have been integrated YEARS AGO to keep the product current with changing trends.
The fact people have been asking and voting for it for FIVE YEARS and not a peep says it all. Sorry MailPoet, but you've lost us before renewal.

We really need this option. Could you please add it to the Roadmap?

I would like to ask for an urgent implementation of darkmode styling option.

We have dozens of complaining clients who get unreadable emails because they use the "darkmode" plugin in the browser or in ProtonMail. I would like to ask for an urgent implementation of darkmode styling option.

i am also putting in a request to have light/dark mode based on user's desktop - it can be done via css {prefers light mode}

This is sorely needed! I was alerted that potentially 1000s of emails are not being read because of formatting in dark mode! This is a huge issue!

Definitely need support for dark mode in emails now that Apple Mail, Spark, Gmail, etc. all support it. Thanks!

Please add support for darkmode.
Nowerdays many users activate darkmode on their devices. Mailpoet does not support this right now.
This leads to the problem that any layout is obsolete and those users wont see mails as expected.
(Images: (1)Mail with white background color expected turns black, (2) Mail with white background image gets unreadable throug white text produced by darkmode)

Without this feature, now we got readability and accessibility issues caused by the dark mode, where backgrounds make text non-readable and logos in png not showing anymore.
Inspired from this article https://www.freecodecamp.org/news/dark-mode-in-html-email-everything-you-need-to-know, it is indeed a matter of CSS. In my opinion, it could lead to two options to implement it:
- a new option for the stylizing options for the newsletter, as it is already in place for stylizing colours, font, etc (cf screenshot).
- a "pro mode" that could allow to override the CSS and manually implement it.
