Our client is requesting a configuration possibility that we can disable the difference between human- and machine-opened e-mails. They want just one KPI as he has several recipients who read the e-mail but "only" counts as machine-opened recipients.

It would be great if you could implement an option to switch off the machine-opens and count them just as one KPI.
