The disappearing notification banners cause the interface to jump around, making it difficult to click on-screen elements and get your work done. Please switch from disappearing banners that push page content down, to disappearing banners that float in the corner. Attached are examples of the bad one (with banner highlighted, and a better approach, that floats and does not disrupt the page structure.
