Calendar apps allow scheduling on the 4th week of the month. For example my mac allows for :

* first sunday

* second sunday

* third sunday

* fourth sunday

* fifth sunday

* next to last sunday

* last sunday

Oddly, mailpoet only supports

* first sunday

* second sunday

* third sunday

* last sunday

No "fourth".

In fact this is probabally a bug.
