abandoned cart across devices
Preetraj Singh
At present if a customer receives an abandoned cart email on a different device, their cart contents are not loaded automatically when they click on generic cart link.
Can this functionality be built into the abandoned cart content block? So it contains a direct link to the customers individual cart?

To this day, the abandoned cart content block still lacks a very basic (but essential) feature: The ability to recover the cart with one click, through a "Recover cart" button providing a dynamic link automatically pointing back to the customer's specific abandoned cart.
Such a button is even included in your "Abandoned cart" templates, but is left empty and therefore is of no use.
In the documentation, you suggest linking to the cart page, but this does not work if the customer opens the email from another device (or the user was logged out, or the cookie holding cart data was cleared in the meantime).
This is a must-have feature that has been requested multiple times over the past years, so please add it, or explain how to achieve it (without needing additional plugins, since MailPoet already provides abandoned cart contents).

Yes, this would be great. I was a bit disappointed to discover that MailPoet doesn't provide a link direct to the actual cart. This means that I have to use AutomateWoo, and its email editor is quite primitive compared to MailPoet.
