Send only emails with attachment through PHP ("Integration" with WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips)

This is a staple in Finnish WooCommerce stores because of law. Sadly I can't use this plugin with MailPoet and I can't send any transactional emails through MailPoet if I'm using this.

Would it be possible to have a setting in MailPoet to allow sending transactional emails with MailPoet, but if they have an attachement, they will be sent through PHP.
