Use case example: I'd love to be able to add notes about my customers/subscribers so I can use those to better segment them. If a customer tells me in a support exchange loving green tea, I'd like to be able to add a note so I can target them via email once we release some green tea.

An integration with Automattic's Jetpack CRM would be fantastic.
