Allow scheduling emails on days of the week

It should be possible to send only on some days of the week. Daily, Weekly and Monthly is just too broad.

I actually like that they get emails on same day and time they subscribed because it’s customized to their online browsing time.

Feature to schedule automatic emails for a specific day of the week.
Example:
The reader subscribes on thursday. I want to send him three automatic emails on mondays of the next three weeks.
I know the "Welcome email function", but it works only setting how many day after the subscription you want to send the email, so it's not good for this case.

it would already help if a standard cron style could be used
e.g. for weekdays
/5 8-18 Mon-Fri

The same could apply to stuff like: every two weeks, or on day 1 and 15 of the month. We could start with the daily refinement and then move to the other intervals.
